The songs to be released are (1) Love Me Tonight and (2) Moment I’ve Been Waiting For. These songs are two of many upcoming releases he has planned for 2023 in preparation for a double album he has hinted at on his social media in the previous months.
Love Me Tonight is one of the two songs to be releases on March 31st and was written by Aaron Carter and Jeremy Neely about life on the road. The story starts by noting that people assume life on the road is easy and that you get to see places and things that you’ve never seen before, but you oftentimes find yourself missing home, friends, and family. Many musicians start by hitting various bars across the United States which leads into the chorus and talks about all the alcohol you drink on the road and stupid decisions people make while they are “living the dream”.
The second song to be released is called “Moment I’ve Been Waiting For”. This song has an amazing story behind it. After releasing his second studio cut song, he was placed on Spotify’s editorial “Fresh Country Finds” playlist. After spending several weeks on this playlist a couple who was from California reached out to him and asked him to write their first dance song for their upcoming wedding this year. They sent him their entire story from beginning unitil now and he created a special piece of this huge milestone in their lives. Although this is their story, this song will be loved by millions and so many people will be able to relate to that first time meeting the love of your life and spending the rest of your lives with them.
