Announcing the expansion, National Liner seeks to grow its network of certified installers nationwide to ensure cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) products and materials are fitted correctly and in compliance with all applicable codes. National Liner has more than 25 years of experience in the cured-in-place pipe industry. The technology and materials they supply offer homeowners, businesses, municipalities, and cities a cost-effective and convenient way to repair and rehabilitate old and damaged pipes without excavation.

The CIPP process involves inserting non-woven, needled polyester felt material into an existing broken or damaged pipe. The liner is impregnated with resin that expands, hardens, and attaches to the pipe’s inner wall when exposed to a curing element and, in essence, becomes the new pipe.

National Liner specializes in supporting its installation partners with the latest products and materials that meet or exceed F1216-22 (Standard Practice for Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Inversion and Curing of a Resin-Impregnated Tube) and other related ASTM standards for CIPP lining.

As the leading national knowledge center for CIPP installation, National Liner points out that CIPP repairs are trenchless, requiring minimal equipment to rehabilitate existing pipelines. Extensive pipelines can be repaired in sections, and if the material is installed correctly, it can last more than 50 years. In addition, pipes rehabilitated with CIPP technology have better flow efficiency than old pipes and are more resistant to root incursions and penetration from groundwater.

Since 1994, National Liner’s network of qualified CIPP installers has installed more than 18 million feet of liner to cost-effectively rehabilitate pipes for industrial customers and municipalities. They use materials that are resistant to corrosion and form a smooth, continuous pipe inside the damaged one. This allows contractors to provide a high-quality rehabilitation service.

CIPP material used by National Liner can be installed in pipes ranging from 6 inches to 120 inches in diameter. The liner can form wall thicknesses of 4.5 mm to 60 mm.
