The new online homeowner portal allows a homeowner to create a log-in and in turn be able to track job progress. 518Renovations uploads job progress photos as well as job progress reports. The homeowner is then able to view ongoing job changes without needing to be present on the job site as well as upload change orders, material choices and more. The homeowner can also upload photos, and documents and change orders.
